Building Relationships and Creating Supportive Environments- The Pyramid Model identifies ways to support children's social-emotional development and address challenging behaviors in group care. Module 1 focuses on two key elements of the pyramid: 1) building positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues and 2) designing supportive environments, schedules, and routines.
